Colette Palmer grew up along the Western Coast of the United States, having the opportunity to experience living in 5 of the West Coast states with her family, as well as visit 5 different international countries.
Her passion for the creative design process, as well as her knack for grasping the engineering view point on projects, initiated her working directly with some of the top engineering design teams and contract manufacturers at large international companies based in the Silicon Valley-Bay Area, Mexico, and Malaysia. She then used that experience to transition into a successful career working directly with corporate officers in both national and international banks, developing their VISA point-of-sale transaction systems across the nation and ISO-9000 manufacturing processes.
Looking for a more rewarding career where she could connect directly with people on a one-on-one basis, Colette obtained her real estate license in 2004. She then went to work fitting home buyers into that "perfect new home" as a Community Sales Manager with one of the largest home builders in the nation.
In a pursuit to expand her professional experience, Colette entered the Mortgage Industry in 2009 where she had great success and gained indispensable knowledge working with a top lending team for two of the nation's largest lenders. Coming to the realization that working directly with home owners, home buyers, and real estate investors, and enabling them to achieve the dream of home ownership, Colette moved back into Real Estate where she and her husband opened their own real state brokerage. With their extensive knowledge of the home buying process, from both the purchasing and lending side, their real estate team has the ability to be pro-active and easily overcome obstacles sometimes experienced during a real estate transaction.
In her free time Colette enjoys gardening, kayaking, boating, anything outdoors, and “running with a purpose” in relay marathon events on the NF Endurance Marathon team. She participates regularly in community events to raise awareness for Multiple Sclerosis, Breast Cancer, and Neurofibromatosis (NF). Colette lives in Orangevale, California with her husband Sean, and their son, Hayden, as well as a menagerie of cats, chickens, and GeeGee & Emma the dogs.
Sean Palmer is a get it done kind of guy. He is an expert in his field and I was continually impressed by how organized, prompt and knowledgeable he was during this crazy experience of buying a house. My particular house buying experience was a roller coaster and Sean navigated the curve balls like a true pro. I honestly don't know if it would have worked out if he wasn't our realtor. The other thing that I was very thankful for was the genuine care he took to go the extra mile. He was out there moving massive amounts of garbage away from the house himself to make sure we got a proper pest inspection. After my house had closed, he offered to help clean up the the trash and garbage left by the previous occupants and to me, that kind of support from Sean gave me confidence the whole way through this journey to know it's all going to work out okay.brink kelly1
