Sean Palmer is a get it done kind of guy. He is an expert in his field and I was continually impressed by how organized, prompt and knowledgeable he was during this crazy experience of buying a house. My particular house buying experience was a roller coaster and Sean navigated the curve balls like a true pro. I honestly don't know if it would have worked out if he wasn't our realtor. The other thing that I was very thankful for was the genuine care he took to go the extra mile. He was out there moving massive amounts of garbage away from the house himself to make sure we got a proper pest inspection. My husband and I bought our first home with Sean back in 2014. In July, Sean and his team helped us sell our home. We ended up getting more than 14k above our asking price! When we were considering moving to Folsom from the Bay Area, a friend referred us to Sean – and we are so glad he did. We met Sean at an impromptu Open House for another property that we stumbled upon while driving around one day. This is a first home for us and we did not know exactly what to expect and Sean and his wife were very knowledgeable about every step we needed to take and also the market that we were looking in. He has an agent that specializes in many different counties surrounding the Sacramento area. He took the time to meet us around a busy work and school schedule and was very prompt in his replies. If we ever had a question it was answered withing minutes of us emailing or texting him. Within days we had an offer put in on a house and approved hours later. Sean was great, he relentlessly went after helping us find our home. We had an odd issue in that we bought from sellers that were buying a short sale and the sale took months. Sean did not give up he provided us with updates (sometimes daily!) and kept after the agent on the other side to keep the process flowing. He even showed us other options but my wife wanted the home so we stuck with it. In the end the deal paid off and we bought the home we liked. The cool part about Sean is he was not like other Realtors we have used in that he did not come off like he was better then us or with an attitude. I did not want to deal with one of those stuck up fellas in suits that think they are above the client. So to put it simply Sean is a cool guy that will take care of business and not give you a bunch of BS like a used car salesman. Matter of fact I was working with another Realtor that did not return my calls and that never happened with Sean, heck he even stopped what he was doing on a Saturday to rush out and show us a home that we happen to drive by.
