Sean and Colette Palmer were amazing through the entire process. They were friendly and helpful from start to finish. My particular situation was admittedly not the easiest or smoothest for a realtor to have to deal with, but they dealt with each individual hurtle and problem professionally and efficiently. At every step, I was given choices and they explained the pros and cons. I never felt pushed to do anything I didn’t want to do, but they definitely did not hold back important information I needed to know. Sean clearly knows what he’s doing. He knows the market well and was very proactive with open houses and tours. The closing escrow was ridiculously easy. They guide you through the whole process, every step of the way.
